Requirements
- Copy of a valid personal ID.
- Certified lease agreement or property deed (as proof of residence).
- Recent utility bill (electricity or water) in the applicant’s name or a family member's name.
Service Steps
Login: Access the Citizen E-Services Portal.
Select Service: Choose "Proof of Residence Certificate Request" from the list.
Fill Details: Enter the accurate address and the purpose of the certificate.
Upload Docs: Attach copies of your ID and lease agreement/utility bill.
Receive Certificate: Once reviewed by the relevant department, you can download the certified certificate.
